  Good people but if you cant do the job your paid for, then you can not get a good review. We where told the longest wait for the return was 21 days. So when 30 days came, we called the office. I was treated like an impatient child and told that the money was on the way to my bank. 34 days in I called the IRS. The wait time was not 3 weeks, its 11 weeks. How does a "PRO" not know this? So one of the main reasons I hired a "PRO" was to get my taxes done properly and second, to get the correct information. When they said 3 weeks, we used our mortgage payment to pay other bills. Now we have to figure out how to make our house payment. We have never been late ever and only have 2 years left till payoff. In three weeks we will be booted out on the street if we dont pay. Its part of the contract. This is the reason I am so upset about this. Now we have to figure out how to make that payment, because the return will still not be here by then. I turned in a formal complaint and have to wait up to 5 days to hear back. When I do I hope they refund our tax prep service fee. Your paid well for a job and you failed us. I want my money back. I mean no disrespect, but you folks put us in a bad situation, when you where trusted to deliver accurate information. How would you feel if you had to choose between lights, no home, or a home with no lights. Dang it, we have kids here!!
